Water jet assisted liposuction WAL is a particularly gentle process of liposuction. The fat that is removed with this method is screened and washed and can thus be used for autogenous fat transplant (so-called BEAULI™ method, Berlin Autologous Lipotransfer). This technique permits a natural breast enhancement, for example for a breast enlargement, correcting asymmetry or for breast reconstruction after a breast cancer operation. Other areas of the body can be corrected for indentations or defects in the subcutaneous fat layer.
